The start of another Early Spring Snowstorm

spring snow storm
We had just recovered from a snow storm on the first day of spring 2010 that dumped a foot of snow on the Denver area. Warm balmy skies gave way to another storm barreling into us from the northwest. The snow started in the late afternoon as rain then the temps dropped. Later in the evening I looked outside my bedroom door to find everything covered with inches of fresh powder. The light on the right side is blurred by the falling snow, giving a strange look to the evening --- strange but pretty.
